When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 15.00 (3pm) and check-out by 10.00 (10am). While waiting for your flight or train, if you wish, you can leave your luggage-baggage with us at the front desk where it will be carefully guarded leaving you time to pass by the beach or the pool.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì, Amex and Bancomat.

What are the cancellation terms?

Generally, in case of a cancellation, the penalties are the following:

From June to August:

  • Up to 30 days in advance: 30% of your booked stay
  • From 29 to 15 days in advance: 50% of your booked stay
  • From 14 days in advance: 100% of your booked stay

From September to May:

  • Up to 30 days in advance: no penalty
  • From 29 to 3 days n advance: 50% of your booked stay
  • From 3 days in advance: 100% of your booked stay

Terms of cancellation can vary depending on the period and the type of special offer tendered. We asked you to please always carefully verify our cancellation policy during your booking process.

Is there parking?

Parking inside the hotel area is available and complimentary.

Do you organize activities for children?

Our hotel offers each guest the Miniclub service for children of all ages. Kids will be attentively followed by a team of expert entertainers during the day and night. The Miniclub is included among the services found in our Club Pass that comprises our beach service (beach umbrella and two chaise lounges), the use of our swimming pool, all sports equipment, all sports fields and daytime and nighttime entertainment.

Do you have rooms and apartments for guests who are diversely developed?

Do you host animals?

Yes. We welcome pets of all sizes at a cost of €10.00 per day, per animal. In order for us to prepare a satisfying welcome for your pet or pets, please advise us in advance specifying what you require and what are your particular needs.
